“HARVEST” PROCESS

Each year, First Christian Church takes a “distribution” (which we call our “Harvest”) from our endowment.  The congregation is invited to submit Harvest Requests to secure some of our Harvest money to make these requests happen.  Harvest Requests should be discussed with a staff member or Ministry Team Leader to get the request in proper form for our Finance Committee.  Requests will be received until August 12th.  Finance will then meet to prioritize these non-budgeted requests.  Their proposal will first be considered by the Board, then the congregation.  We will publicize the dates of those meetings in the weeks ahead.
