The Plan for Worship this Fall

Thank you for all the love and support you poured out over Rev. Ginger Brandt throughout her final days on our staff.  “She will be missed” hardly touches it for so many of us!  We shared a great moment in worship on her last day as we gathered around her to pray a “sending off” prayer.  She goes to FCC McKinney with our blessing.

It is never easy to say goodbye to a beloved minister, so our days ahead will be
coated with a layer of grief. Here at FCC Tyler, we will walk through this transition together.

One of the many unique elements of FCC Tyler is our Sunday morning schedule (two services at the same time).  This creates the need for 2 sermons every Sunday.  Our Traditional Worship Service will continue much the same as it has. Meanwhile, I am working with our Contemporary Worship Ministry Team to set CW up for a great Fall of worship.  I have been working to line up preachers--our CW team will handle all the other details (worship participants, special services, etc.).

SO ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE OUR FALL LINE UP OF PREACHERS!

I tried to create some 2-3 week preaching stents to provide continuity.  Thank you in advance to all our preachers…and to all of you, our Church Family who will join in worship this Fall! (Schedule subject to change.)
