Welcome to Ashley Davis, Our New Director of Operations & Finance

The leadership of our church is reimagining our staff arrangement and how we do ministry. We aim to have a good strong staff in place as we go forward.

With this in mind, we have created a new position (Director of
Operations and Finance) and have hired Ashley Davis.  Ashley will handle all things pertaining to our Campus/Facilities (upkeep, scheduling, staffing, projects), will lead all non-clergy staff, and will be instrumental in the Financial oversight of the church.

To help our congregation get to know her, Ashley has shared a little about her professional background, her family, and her connection to First Christian Church. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome as she begins this new chapter with the FCC family!

My name is Ashley Davis, and I am so excited to be joining First Christian Church as the Director of Operations and Finance. I recently served as the Director of Clinical Services at Andrews Center, where I worked for more than 12 years in various roles supporting behavioral health services and the organization’s mission. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S).
Throughout my career, I have discovered that I especially enjoy the administrative, operational, and organizational side of my work, and I am excited to bring that experience and passion to my new role at FCC.

I am married to my husband, Bryan, and we have two daughters, Elena, who will be in 5th grade, and Alice, who will be starting kindergarten. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, crafting, and making memories with my girls.

I have been connected to First Christian Church in different ways over the years, from attending community meetings and visiting the pumpkin patch to cheering on my daughter at volleyball activities. I grew up with a strong foundation in church, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join the FCC family. I truly believe God has led me to this new chapter, and I am excited to get to know everyone and serve the church and community in my new role!
